A ~$12M police facility — the Township’s ~$10M “all-in” estimate plus ~$2M in soft costs from its own feasibility study — is heading toward construction bids and borrowing, and the first of several possible tax increases is already in effect, with more expected. Before any irreversible step, we're asking the Board of Supervisors to adopt and publish a clear, public, data-driven strategic plan.
